Martin Luther King Jr.

«They / them»: Inclusive language in English
The interest in inclusive language and the search for ways to name people in a non-binary way exceeds the Spanish language. While in the latter language different resources such as «e», «@», «x» and others have started to be used, in English the Pronoun «they» in the singular form is gaining force to refer to someone who does not identifies himself/herself within the male / female binary system.

The study is carried out annually in 100 countries and across the regions of the world, and tests approximately 2,200,000 people in order to determine what is the impact of the English language on the professional development as well as on the insertion of a person in the local economic system.
